Job Responsibilities
- Participate in the solution design and board development of embedded hardware systems, assisting in completing schematic design, PCB layout, and component selection.
- Participate in the bring-up and debugging of hardware boards, assisting in power-on verification, interface testing, and basic functionality verification.
- Collaborate with embedded software engineers to complete the joint debugging of hardware and software, assist in locating board-level issues, and promote modifications.
- Participate in the design and verification of circuits related to power supplies, motor drives, communication interfaces, or sensors.
- Assist in completing hardware testability design, participate in supporting production line testing, programming, and calibration solutions.
- Participate in prototype trial production, small batch testing, and issue recording, assist in promoting design iterations.
- Assist in organizing hardware design documents, test records, and version information.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in electronic engineering, automation, communications, electrical engineering, or a related field; strong new graduates are welcome for junior roles, while mid-level roles require 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Have a solid foundation in analog and digital circuits, and understand common embedded hardware architectures.
- Be able to use EDA tools such as Altium Designer and Cadence to complete basic schematic and PCB design.
- Understand the basic hardware design requirements of common MCUs or SoCs, such as power supply, clock, reset, and interface circuits.
- Possesses basic hardware debugging skills and can use tools such as oscilloscopes and multimeters to troubleshoot simple problems.
- Possesses good learning ability and engineering awareness, and can gradually take on more complex design tasks under guidance.
- Possess good communication skills and be able to collaborate with software and mechanical engineers to complete system integration testing.
Preferred Qualifications
- Have participated in projects related to embedded systems, robotics, automation equipment, or smart hardware.
- Understand the hardware design of communication interfaces such as CAN, RS485, UART, SPI, and I2C.
- Understand circuits related to motor drives, power management, or analog signal chains.
- Projects that have participated in prototype trial production or small-batch trial production stages.
Work Style
- This is a position focused on engineering practice and growth. You will start with basic circuit boards and debugging work, gradually building system-level hardware capabilities.
- You will accumulate real experience in the laboratory and debugging environment, rather than just staying at the level of drawings and simulations.
