Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design of embedded hardware system solutions and board development, and cooperate to complete component selection, schematic drawing, and PCB layout design work.
  • Participate in hardware board bring-up debugging, responsible for power-on verification, hardware interface testing, basic functional verification, and issue recording.
  • Collaborate with embedded software engineers to carry out hardware-software integration testing, assist in locating board-level hardware faults, interface anomalies, power and signal integrity issues, and promote version iteration optimization.
  • Assist in completing the circuit design, testing, and verification of modules such as power circuits, motor drive circuits, communication interfaces, and sensor signal chains.
  • Assist in completing hardware testability design, support prototype programming, parameter calibration, implementation of production line test plans, and technical support.
  • Participate in prototype trial production and small-batch testing, follow up on hardware issue reviews, iterate and optimize, and consolidate test data.
  • Responsible for organizing hardware schematics, PCBs, version information, test reports, and other related technical documents, ensuring that the materials are complete and traceable.

Job Requirements

  • Undergraduate or above, students majoring in electronics and information, automation, communication engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or other related fields.
  • Able to intern continuously for 6 months or more, full-time on-site for 5 working days a week, with stable availability preferred.
  • Possess a solid foundation in analog circuits and digital circuits, and understand the basic architecture of embedded hardware.
  • Proficient in using EDA design tools such as Altium Designer, capable of independently completing schematic and basic PCB design.
  • Understand common MCU/SoC hardware peripheral circuits, including power supply, clock, reset, and conventional peripheral interface design.
  • Possess basic hardware debugging skills and can use tools such as multimeters and oscilloscopes for simple troubleshooting.
  • Possesses good engineering thinking, learning ability, and communication and collaboration skills, able to cooperate with software and mechanical teams to complete the overall machine integration and debugging.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with robots, smart hardware, automation equipment, and embedded control systems is preferred.
  • Familiar with hardware design for common communication interfaces such as CAN, RS485, UART, SPI, and I2C.
  • Understand circuit design and debugging related to motor drives, power management, and analog signal chains.
  • Experience in prototype debugging, trial production, and small-batch testing projects is preferred.
